Family Selection At Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa, Punta Mita

My stay was a bittersweet experience. While the spa facilities offered a nice getaway and the atmosphere was generally relaxing, the room I got unfortunately had a musty smell and the cleanliness just didn't cut it for me. Plus, the limited dining options left me wanting more variety, but on a positive note, the friendly staff were a bright spot in my stay.

During my stay, I noticed that the hotel could use some improvements, especially regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the landscaping outside. While the rooms had a balcony, they weren't as clean as I would have hoped and had a slight moldy smell. The staff, on the other hand, were attentive and polite, which added a positive touch to my experience. Overall, it seems like the hotel has potential but needs some attention in certain areas.
